PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

All products are custom-made to order using AI-generated designs. Colors, sizes, and placements are chosen by you during the design process. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Designs are generated using third-party AI services. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that every AI-generated design will match your exact expectations. Minor variations between the digital preview and the final printed product may occur.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain the right to use your custom designs for personal use. AIDreamThread reserves the right to use anonymized design data and generated images for marketing, improvement of services, and promotional purposes.

 

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AIDreamThread is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
